Introduction: I have trained 5 service dogs as well as doing private lessons. I can train your precious dog as well. I know obedience and service dog skills, although I'm not certified to be a service dog trainer. I enjoy training dogs and the humans that are attached to them. We have been very pleased with Kristina and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dog trainer. Her approach to training along with her years of training experience have been invaluable to us in reinforcing the behaviors that she has taught our high energy Boxer Baxter in a very short time. Kristina was such an amazing trainer! I adopted my baby boy, Kylo, from a shelter and while he has a lot of puppy still in him, he has some quarks that suggest he may have been abused by his previous owner. He’s also part Husky so he’s got a sassy attitude sometimes. I’ve never trained a dog before so I wasn’t sure where to even start. Kristina had an answer and/or suggestion for every question or concern I had. Part of my concern in searching for a trainer was I didn’t want to train him to be a different dog. I love his personality, I just wanted him to have better manners. Kristina helped so much not only with how to train him but also how I can respond to his behavior to help him remain calm in different situations. I can’t recommend her enough! Since his training for puppy manners, family and friends and even some strangers have commented on how well he’s been doing. He’s still the same energetic, sassy boy I love but he’s grown so much in just the few months I’ve had him. I also talked to her about how he’s an emotional support animal but I want him to earn that title. So we’ll be training him to pass the Canine Good Citizen test. I look forward to continue working with Kristina in the future!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For basic training, My rate is $50 per hour, once a week, with giving you homework for the rest of the week, for about 6 weeks.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will come to your house, talk over what specific issues you want to train in, come up with a date and time to train them and start training. For basic obedience, it usually takes about 6 weeks. We train for one hour a week and you will have homework for the rest of the week.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a certified dog trainer, and pet specialist, and certified in pet first aide.
