Bob, Mark and Bill were quick, professional, respectful and very polite. I was quite anxious and they put my mind to rest. Bob was patient in explaining the contract in that he would pause, ask if I had any questions, then waited as I asked. He answered all questions with complete explanations, respectfully. We set an appointment for follow up visit and he reminded me that I could call him if I felt I needed them before that time.
I did not expect a same day appointment when I called, but was quite pleased when that's what I got.
Would I refer Buggybob's Pest Control? I already have, and will continue to do so.

Bob came with two assistants. They were very thorough and knowledgeable. Cleaned as they baited and set the traps for mice. They went in the attic, our crawl space, around plumbing and windowsills. They also sprayed geranium/peppermint spray inside and outside our home. Bob gave a 3-4 month guarantee for his work and encouraged us to call anytime in between. So far we have not seen any mice or drippings. He and his crew were very patient, helpful and nice. I will recommend him to any friends that need his services.

Bob was on-time, friendly, knowledgeable, and didn’t try to tack on hidden fees or extra services. Love that everything was up front and clear from the beginning, and most of all, love that the bugs were gone after two visits! He even came back and treated a third time just to be sure.
