Hi Rob. Thanks for your review. Can you elaborate more on the service you received?

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Dogs: I mostly work with small/medium sized breeds at the moment (whatever can fit in your bathtub for me to wash and dry). Pricing starts at $40 for haircuts. It's an additional $15 for travel. If the dog has fleas, it's an additional $10 for flea shampoo. If I have to travel to the city, the travel fee is $25 due to parking limitations and typical city congestion. Cats: I groom all types of cats. Pricing starts at $50 for haircuts. $40 for baths. Same price applies for travel as with dogs mentioned above.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? If your pet's coat is matted or if you prefer a short haircut, I will do a precut first along with trimming the nails and cleaning the ears. We then move on to the bath and blow drying. Once the hair is clean and dry, I will go over the haircut again to ensure an even and neat cut.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am currently a member of ISCC (International Society of Canine Cosmetology). I am studying to become a master groomer and possibly enter into grooming competitions. I also work as a full time dog/cat groomer at a retail pet store.
