The movers were nice and took effort to carefully wrap up all items so they were not damaged. However, they did move slow. I helped them unload and it went significantly faster. The movers also put a hole in the wall when moving a dresser. They later came back and drywalled it, but my building charged me a lot to paint the area.Jul 3, 2018VerifiedMiguel C.'s reply

The movers were professional and responsive, but they sent a smaller truck than needed and we had to do two trips. This was frustrating because it consumed ~ 2h on the road, time that could have been saved if they had sent a larger truck, a poor calculation of dimensions and needs that resulted in more out of pocket money.May 13, 2018VerifiedMiguel C.'s reply

The movers were very nice and treated our furniture well. They wrapped everything to prevent damage. However they were two hours late. When they left the first residence for the destination, it took forever. The office had great customer service. The same person answered all of the calls so she gets to know the customer well.
