Nnamdi is an amazing trainer. Very receptive to your needs and wants, as far as your fitness goals. One thing in particular that I admire is his ability to keep you motivated and on task. He takes his time with you, he explains exactly what he wants you to do he allows you feel comfortable doing the exercise. I'm always eager to see what's next. Definitely ready for the weights. He's excellent would definitely recommend to everyone

Rarely ever did I think I’d be a fan of constantly working out but this man really catered to what I needed for my body and broke down verbally and visually why it’s good to stay constant with training. Originally I was 175ish but working with Nnamdi I cut about 10 lbs and have been seeing results I never believed in. *side note. This guy is really personable and easy going unlike the rest of the meatheads gym rats I used to run into. Def telling my friends and even in laws about this guy!!!!

Coach N is a beast. I started working with him to become a better shooter and he helped me improve my all around game. I went from being on of the last guys on the bench to the 6th man on a very talented team. His attention to detail in not just the workouts, but how your body adjusts and adapts to them is really something special. I've been working with Nnamdi on and off for a couple of years now. My schedule is nothing short of crazy, I know it drives me crazy. Nnamdi helped me achieve goals I never thought possible during one of the most stressful times of my life. He never let me give up. Even when I told him I wanted to quit, he didn't let me. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As your FTS Pro, the first thing to be done is gather as much vital information as possible. 1. Questionnaire to establish your fitness goals, diet & lifestyle habits, expectations and desired timeline to achieve your goals. 2. Live/In-Person Assessment: Weigh-In, Base-line measurements, strength test, cardiovascular test, mobility screening 3. Preview Workout: Quick review of your program, your FTS Pro's exercise prescription, a walkthrough of a workout from your program with your FTS Pro, you decided if you would like to train in person or follow your Training System online.
