FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would love to meet in person before the shoot, but often phone or Skype works best. I prefer in person or even Skype/Facetime, as once we can connect our rapport increases and allows for a smoother shoot. It gives you a chance to get to know me and my style better, as well as have me ask questions about your vision for the shoot.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been shooting for years, but for five years professionally. As a former HR executive, I believe in development so I am continually learning. I've pursued numerous classes, workshops and experiences to enhance my work and the product that I provide for you.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My Father used to shoot photographs of my family on his old Minolta 35mm, which I still shoot with as often as I can. I love emotion and the energy of people gathering, so it was natural to be drawn to documenting the mood of an event. Like most, I started doing it for friends and family because I love it, but it soon grew to be an option for a career. Forever grateful!
