Introduction: I'm an RYT 200 hour certified yoga instructor that has taught around the world and across the US. I've led private retreats, group classes, and private classes since getting certified in 2014. I specialize in hatha yoga, but teach to all levels with a focus on breathwork and personal alignment. Every body is unique and practices yoga differently and I teach to this modality.
