Inna Kat's has a truly rare combination of being an incredible listener, the kind that really hears you out, and an honest incitefullness that gently guides you and helps you reach your own conclusions. She is not forceful or overbearing with her opinions. Her approach works in helping you find your own voice, point of view, or course of action, that you can feel you've reached without a forcing hand. She helps you feel confident in making your own choices. I came to Inna many years ago when I felt stuck in my job. Rumi said, "if the entire world is covered with the blossoms you have labored to plant, what do you think will happen?" When I see Inna I think of her as Rumi's gardener, always busy sowing seeds of love, constantly watering and nurturing them by showering them with affection. The energy that she pours into your heart lets the seed become a tree and when it blossoms, boy is it fragrant!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost, getting really clear with a potential client about what they really want and seeing if we would be a good fit.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
2008-2014 Landmark Forum Curriculum for Living; participated and coached the Self Expression and Leadership Program; Vipassana meditation; 2010-2016 Burning Man; Shamanism 505 retreat; Ayahuasca and other plant medicine teachings
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I studied Forensic Psychology in my undergrad, wanting to be a profiler. Working part time as a researcher for a friend in 2005 I stumbled upon life coaching and couldn't believe people got paid to do what came naturally to me. I then quickly began sharpening and using my skills consciously and never looked back.
