- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Tuition varies based teacher, the length of lesson, and at which point in the semester a student enters. We offer lessons starting at just $25/lesson for correspondence students. A full semester's tuition starts at $1675. We encourage you to contact us to discuss your individual needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Students first fill out our registering form. After a phone consultation I match students with the best teacher for their needs. Each semester begins with a three lesson trial period in which a student may withdraw for any reason for a full refund minus the lessons to date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our faculty members have have a minimum of four years teaching experience and degrees from top music schools.. We are graduates of Juilliard, NYU, New England Conservatory, Peabody, Manhattan School of Music, to name a few. We’ve performed on band stands from L.A. to Shanghai, and all honed our craft - really learned to speak the language - right here in New York. Each faculty member is a fixture in the NYC music scene. performing frequently at clubs from the Blue Note to the Bitter End. You can hear our voices, instruments, or compositions on countless recordings, film scores and shows. Fox 5’s Star of the Day or Amazon’s Mozart in the Jungle.
