Introduction: I am a yoga instructor dedicated to helping you become your strongest -- physically, mentally, and spiritually. I work with yogis of all ages and abilities -- those who are brand new to the practice and those who'd like to dive deeper. I have been a practitioner of yoga for over a decade, and a teacher since 2010. I offer you an energetic yoga practice, infused with conscious breathwork and completed with quiet meditation. My intention is for you to develop a personal yoga and meditation practice so that you will feel stronger and more flexible -- in all areas of your life. As a new mother, and a certified prenatal yoga instructor, I am happy to now also serve the needs of pregnant yogis.
