Introduction: I have a B.A. in German and French, an M.A. in Ancient Greek and Latin, and a Ph.D. in Philosophy, Ancient Greek, and Latin. I have also resided almost ten years in Germany and France, and English is my first language. I have taught people of all ages. Through my academic training, as well as through the fact that I have resided so long in the countries where the languages I teach are spoken, I am able to cater both to those who desire academic training in the languages, as well as to those who simply wish to learn everyday conversation. I offer services in English, French, German, Latin, Ancient Greek, and Philosophy. It is a tremendous pleasure to see students acquire the knowledge that I pass on, and to follow their growth within the subject. Communicating knowledge to others, and thereby making sure that this knowledge does not disappear, is enormously satisfying to me.
