FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a common misconception that working with a travel agent means paying additional fees on the same vacation you could book yourself but Million Miles Travel believes in giving you the best value for your money. We are committed to getting you the best experience for the best price possible which means using our agency resources including specials, sales, discounts, and other promotions. When quoting we make sure to include of the details and additional enhancement options as well which we will present to you clearly so you do not have to worry about any surprise fees or extra costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to bring the best out of every experience we plan and to do that we want to make sure we address of our clients wants and needs. We will generally set up an 'interview', whether over the phone, via email, or in person, to get to know the clients likes, dislikes, and travel preferences. From there we can use our skills, creativity, and resources to plan a completely customized experience. We will present you all of your pricing, options, and details along with a full day-by-day itinerary so you can clearly see your experience laid out. We will then go on to perfect your itinerary based on your feedback to guarantee the best experience. For groups we send out an 'Inquiry Form' which asks questions about luggage, room configuration, excursion preferences, allergies and accessibility, etc. This alleviates the stress on the client of having to organize a large group of people as we will handle it all for you! This allows each person to get to voice their opinion and choose the activities they would like to do while still maintaining and group atmosphere, and guarantees that each member of your party is getting the appropriate price based on their personal selections.
