The quote listed is just a ballpark based on the info provided. If you need an office cleaned, a move out/move in clean, or a vacation rental clean - we’d love more photos of your space so that we can offer a more competitive bid. If this is for a long term clean, then we can schedule a walk thru so that we can chat things thru.
If you need your property completely managed, we would need a couple of questions answered, like:
How many units are in the building?
Condo, Co-op, Rentals?
Do you already have an onsite maintenance porter or do you need one?
Are there any capital projects coming up for the building?
