Sean from Trapper King came out identify noises in my attic that were keeping me up at night. He gave me an estimate, which I sent to my landlord who then gave me the go ahead and he immediately came back the same day!!! It took about 3 weeks to get it squared away but Sean was wonderful. He worked around my schedule, he came weekly, sometimes twice to check traps and clear out dead animals. He was efficient, very professional, took the time to answer all of my crazy questions and even changed a lightbulb for me! Very nice guy and I would absolutely recommend him and use them again. And I can finally sleep again !!!

Brian responded immediately with confidence and reassurance the issue I had would be addressed. Sean came right out to my home only a few hours later. Not only did he find the issue I had in my attic quickly he also took the time to explain and show me how and why something got in my attic. What struck me the most is while doing his job he has such compassion for animals. Sean deserves more than 5 stars. He's beyond polished, professional, polite & highly educated in his field. I'm not one to write reviews but these guys get the highest rating possible. Customer service at its finest.....

Sean had stopped by and explained to me in detail about the importance sealing the entry and exit points. He used a deterrent after which I did not see any more snakes and hopefully the pattern will follow. As of now he is stopping by on a weekly basis to check if there are any snakes in the traps. The service from Sean is amazing.
