- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
when it comes to a new customer I try to be as professional as possible. I don't tend to ask personal questions. when a customer turns into a repeat customer I try to make a better relationship so we can be more comfortable with eachother to make it a more pleasant experience.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
well at a very young age I started with concrete working for my uncle and grew fond of the type of work. I got into carpentry at an early age working on all kinds of jobs but didn't like that people didn't pay attention to their cuts and measurements. being so tedious got me into finish carpentry and gave me a passion for it.
