Introduction: J. J. Cardenas Construction is a self owned/sole proprietor company that provides quality and years of experience in everything that involves construction. I am a contractor and also a carpenter. Some of the examples of the work I provide is : Remolding, Repairs, Home Improvement Projects, Modernization, House Building Foundation, Additions, Detached Building Less and Greater than 400 sq. ft., Alternations Structural Work, Cabinetry, Demolitions, Carpentry (Framing/Cornice, Interior), Debris Removal, Driveways/Sidewalks, Drywall, Electrical, Excavation, Flooring, Fencing, HVAC, Painting (Exterior/ Interior), Plastering/Stucco, Plumbing, Roofing, Tile/Stone/Terrazzo Interior and much, much more. The work I provide is as if it was for myself and I only want what's good & best and that's what I provide for each and everyone of my clients ( quality & commitment ). The other thing that also makes me stand out or as you say unique; is that not only am I a contractor but I'm also a carpenter, which means that if any my workers don't show up to do a task, I can continue it without any complications or hassles, providing the project to be delivered as it was agreed on.
