- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For Home Staging, a Consultation up to 90 minutes is $197. That includes our exclusive Home Staging Evaluation Handbook for the home seller. We have half-day and full-day staging packages for Occupied Homes. For Design and Decorating, we begin with a comprehensive 2 hour Consultation, which includes space layout, color recommendations, fabric and window covering suggestions, furniture and lighting. In addition, we suggest finishes, tile, and flooring. The fee for the Consultation is $450, which provides the home owner with enough information to do the work themselves. However, most of them hire us to do the work--to save them time and save them money!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin each project with a 2 hour consultation. This allows the home owner or home seller to have enough information to do the work themselves if they wish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to having a Color Confidence Certification, we have been trained with the Academy of Home Staging and Redesign. We have been in the decorating and home staging business for almost 7 years.We are members of the Home Staging and Redesign Association and member of Real Estate Staging Association and attend both conferences each year to keep current on today's design trends.
