- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Firstly, all our surveys and estimates are free as well as our advice. We price every project on what needs to be done to make your installation and choice of material look great and last for many years to come. We also often partner with our vendors to offer some great discounts on the products we offer throughout the year Value for money and clear honest pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We find its a lot easier to help our clients if we can view the project, so really the first step is to set up a visit to survey the project. We bring samples to your home or work place and i brief telephone discussion prior to our visit is always helpful so we get an insight into what you are trying to achieve.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'd being in the flooring Industry for the last 20 years, as flooring contractor installing and supervising crews to a CEO and business owner, I'd been trained in busines management and installation field as I'm a certified contractor by the California Contractors State License Board.
