FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
To make it simple for my clients and I, my prizes are usually "Bundled" I create a fixed price that I think is reasonable and within the budget that includes my hourly rate, shooting, editing and transportation expenses. There is no cancellation fee, but a 20% non refundable deposit is required for new clients that will be applied to the total balance. I don't do discounts, but I always try my best to work within my client's budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I try my best to have a connection with my client and to see if we are a great match. I specialize in getting mostly candids and trying to capture the "moment" and some clients prefer that, some don't. So I try to have a feel of what my client wants and go from there. I believe that creating a relationship with a client is very important especially if I'm going to shoot their wedding. So if they live locally, I try to meet with them and get to know them, what they like and talk about their wedding details and if there's a certain style or aesthetic they're looking for. For those that don't live close by, I try to have a 30 minute video call with them, or a simple phone call to get to know them. I just go from there. I believe that if my clients are comfortable with working with me, the more magic we can create together.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Photography has always been my passion. I don't remember exactly how and when it started for me. It kind of just came naturally.
