Started off well but ended with unfinished work that we have paid for. Do not pay this guy in advance for work. We gave several installments along the way as we added to the scope if work, and then gave another advance (though it wasn't time) because Dion said he needed to get a work vehicle. Against our better judgement we did, and bottom line is we have unfinished/messy tile work in two bathrooms with gaps in grout, a laundry room floor that wasn't leveled prior to tiling (horrible), and we're out money for work not completed. Its obvious this guy CAN do the work, but in our experience he was a very poor selection. That was just our experience. Truthfully, we'd rather lose a little money now rather than trusting him with more responsibility and money down the road. Again, nice guy for the most part, but our experience left our job undone, in poor condition in certain areas, and out a bit of money. Again, started out good, ended bad. But again, that was just our experience.

I was very pleased with Dion and his partner performance. They are two bright, hardworking young men. The first assignment of work I requested was to have my bathroom repainted. They were prompt and the work was extremely neat, clean and detailed. After that project I began giving these two young men my business because there work is outstanding and there prices are fairly reasonable.

Mr.Whittington did a splendid job on my Hardwood floors. They were completely worn out, and he completely restored them. He also offered to help assist with other very small request free of charge.. Very well mannered young man, fast, and cleaned up well.. Overall I'd most certainly recommend any one to his services in the future. it was a pleasure indeed!!! Thanks You!!

I am blown away at my bathrooms transformation.. Mr. Whittington did an outstanding job and im quite surprised at his skill level considering his age but the young man does diliver. I'd only add that the clean up could have been a little better, however thats very minute .. Over All, I will be contacting Mr. Whittington for future projects!! My prices are based off my in person visual. I may give ball park quote without seeing project, but all finalized prices will be decided after visual inspection.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial introductions, whether through telecommunication, or in person meeting, we discuss potential project plans .From which should a step by step procedure will be produced for completion of.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Started my trade in carpentry attending Dawson Institute. While simultaneously receiving OSSHA certification card in the process.
