- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service fees are $65 per unit, Emergency fees are $130.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Explain everything I am doing and going over everything once the job is done. I welcome questions at any time while I am working on a system. The more you understand your system the more likely you want to keep it running for years to come.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in this trade for 6 years and was an understudy of a service technician that had been doing the trade for almost 40 years.
