I love to see people smile after taking the first bite of what I create. I enjoy not only surprising clients with new combinations, textures, and flavors, but re-introducing them to the simple pleasures of food. One of my favorite aspects of what I do is when I get to cook for curious people. I know how to make food taste great, and I love when I have the opportunity to explain how to prepare the dish and why it tastes so good. It’s wonderful to know that my work brings people happiness in so many different ways.

I was very happy with the meal that Uri planned and prepared and his professionalism. I organized a last minute surprise dinner party for my husband's birthday and was pleasantly surprised by how well the evening went. Uri was very easy to work with and I would definitely recommend him to others.

Great experience. I contacted Uri 2 days before our anniversary with the same menu that we had at our wedding. Uri did a great job of recreating the courses and adding his own creativity to the meal. Great, fun experience.
