- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each package has a starting point as a guideline but the final investment is based on many variables, such as guest count. All packages can be customized to meet the client's personalized needs and are often tailored to each individual event. Services can also be added on as a la carte items.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to chat about the client's vision so I have an idea of their personality and so I have a good direction to go in. This also helps me assess the types of services they may need and how involved the process will be. I also like to understand how hands-on or -off the client is so I can ensure I have the proper level of involvement to respect their preferences. Once I gather the necessary details, I put together a pricing plan and customized package with the client so they are fully satisfied with the level and type of services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associate's Degree in Hospitality, Travel and Tourism, and Events Management. I also completed certification through the Association of Bridal Consultants to become a registered wedding planner.
