- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each of our projects has a set pricing to include any extras involved which is all transparent to the homeowner. The Energy Specialist that meets with the homeowner will cover all this information
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An Energy Specialist meets with the owner on site to evaluate the situation. The Energy Specialist is then the liaison for the homeowner to assist with any questions or concerns they might have throughout the project. The owner will also be assigned a project coordinator that will update them on time lines and any other pertinent information to the project. Once project is finished a final inspection will be performed if necessary. The project is then complete.
