FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a free consultation. This gives any potential clients a feel for who I am what my gym is like and if we might work well together. It also gives me the opportunity to find what a client's goals are and if I am the best person to help them meet those goals If that goes well and we both decide it's a fit, We'll schedule our first session. At this session, I do a physical assessment of the client to get a baseline of their fitness level. Once I have that and their goals figured out I'll build a program for them and we will move toward achieving those goals
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with many different clients with varying fitness levels. From helping a client get ready for a triathlon to a client in the later stages of Parkinson disease. I've also worked with amputees.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The keys when looking for a personal trainer a pretty simple. 1) Look at the person, if they themselves are not healthy I would continue my search 2) Ask all the questions you need to. If the person gets frustrated during this process find someone else. 3) If a trainer says, "No pain no gain". and they are neglecting your real concerns about any pain you have, find another trainer 4) If they tell you that you NEED to buy a specific supplement or you won't get any results, find someone else If all else fails just give me a call, it's free and I am more than happy to help you find someone to work with even if that person is not me.
