- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m not over priced but not under priced. I believe in fair prices for services. I would never neglect your pool by not adding what it needs. Therefore I never under quote a pool.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discussing the services I’m providing and answering any questions the customer had. I also give my customer a brief and basic lesson in water chemistry.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am CPO certified and have worked under master techs for 5 years.
