What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come to the customer's location with a mobile showroom filled with over 3,000 samples of all types of flooring, including carpet, hardwood, tile, luxury vinyl, and laminate. A design consultation with measurement of the project, review of samples, and detailed quote is complementary. We manage each project from start to finish.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure they carry full liability and workman's compensation insurance. Also make sure they are installing first-quality products that carry the manufacturers' warranties and are using experienced installers. Ask about the warranty on installation in addition to the manufacturer's warranty. We carry a 2 year warranty on workmanship while passing along the manufacturer's warranty on the product.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Not all flooring companies are alike in terms of quality and service. Ask about product, installation, project management, accountability and follow up after the job. Who can they talk to if there is a problem during the installation and moreover, months after the job is complete.
