- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system is based on a case by case circumstance, as no one job is specifically the same. and be weary of anyone who gives a price based on sight UN seen and unspecific details of a job, as that person is most not likely to be qualified for the task. We how ever to have a system of giving rough- unset estimates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To inform them that we strive for excellence and guarantee your satisfaction. we back all of our labor with a life time warranty. If ever there is a fault of our finished product due to our labor or methods, we guarantee to come and replace/ repair the problem at 100 percent no labor cost to our customer. We also guarantee to beat any competitors written quote by ten percent or better. We strive for excellence in professionalism, quality, and performance. We are a christian based company who diligently stands behind our work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a combined one hundred years of experience in renovations and property maintenance. Universal Engineering certifications in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning. and state engineering licence. our carpenters have twenty plus years of experience and are knowledgeable of all Ga. state building codes.
