- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of our jobs are insurance related and we use the standardized version of Xactimate. This is the standard pricing for your insurance company which we use to finalize all estimates that we submit to your insurance companies for comparison, approval and payment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We gather as much information from you the potential new customer that is needed to enter you into our system and to start the process. Our work is typically between (Home Owner, Insurance ,,,if applicable and us the contractor. We establish appointment times that works best for you. If it is an insurance claim we can assist in filling claims, talking to adjusters on your behalf and seeing the process threw from start to finish. We start all projects with signed work authorizations and end all projects with certificates of completions or COS.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 50 years of combined experience, our technicians have attained at a minimum WRT (Water Restoration Technician) certifications from the IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning & Restoration Certified) Field Supervisors and Upper Management have attained Master Status from the IICRC Principal #100063
