- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing varies from program to program. If there is medical insurance, then a copay will be determined. Once you call to schedule an appointment, you may inquire about the price of your session with or without medical insurance coverage.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically there is an intake where psychosocial and clinical information is gained by the therapist from the patient.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our therapy staff are at least Masters Degree level of Education. We have a fully licensed Psychologist, an LPC and LPC-S on our staff board. All our staff undergo continual training as needs require.
