- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have packages on our website for standard services however, since everyone is unique and each organization has specific needs we love providing custom quotes as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each client is unique so the best process is to begin with an initial free 30 min phone call or video chat to discuss the clients needs. Then we will collect some basic information for the project and work hand in hand with the client to ensure all areas of focus are addressed. We can work with clients in person, on-site, or virtually.
