Mr. Robinette has been an amazing mentor to me for the past 2 years. He takes the time to get to know you on an in depth level. The knowledge and guidance he has bestowed upon me has helped me to develop a better understanding of what I want for my career and life. Al gave me the tools I needed to understand the areas of my career I was already achieving my goals in and focusing on the areas that I needed to work on in order to be more successful at my job. One of the greatest areas that helped me achieve the next step in my career was doing a mock interview for a job I had applied for in my field of study. It would be simple to say he read me some questions that might come up and prepare me for what to say. Instead, he guided me through different seneros that could come up during an interview, keywords/phrases an interviewer is looking for, and different mannerism to be aware of while the interview is taking place. All in all I was very prepared for my interview and received a job acceptance that took my career to the next level. I'm very grateful for all the tools and knowledge Al has given me to be successful and I look forward to continue to work with him in the future.

Al is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and well versed in guiding people into the right career paths but not only that ensuring you are o the correct place or letting you know if it is time for a change. On top of that he was able to sit down with me and help me understand my management styles, how I can beat lead and manage my direct reports as well as give me incredible insight on training my sales force how to key in on individual buyers buying habits/personas and how to properly communicate aka "sell" to them. The knowledge and insight gained is invaluable for any individual or team and would highly recommend Al and the service he provides. The session I had with Al provided me with the information and ability to navigate through reviews, promotions and ultimately being recruited by an executive firm and hired for a significant increase.

Around the time I started building my photography business, Al was a huge positive influence on me and still is to this day. He's assisted me with the basics of building a business and being a business owner. The coaching he's provided on how to conduct myself and what to look out for and pay attention to was spot on. Some of the things he's coached me on were things that I hadn't even thought about at the time. My time with Al always puts me ahead 6 months every time we met. I've kept his coaching with me since the beginning and always look forward to the next meeting because his input is valuable and tailored to my needs. He's also helping me with my career goals right now and I'm always excited to hear what he has to say because he consistently sets me up for the next step on the success ladder.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have packages on our website for standard services however, since everyone is unique and each organization has specific needs we love providing custom quotes as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each client is unique so the best process is to begin with an initial free 30 min phone call or video chat to discuss the clients needs. Then we will collect some basic information for the project and work hand in hand with the client to ensure all areas of focus are addressed. We can work with clients in person, on-site, or virtually.
