- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would like to see a photo(s) of the item that need repaired so we can quote the item(s) and there will be no additional charges later when we get the item(s) from the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a owner of a Furniture Medic franchise, we are always taking training on new ways to apply color or to repair item(s). Plus, we are a part of a big family with other Furniture Medic around the US. We always have someone to help and educate us on something new.
