FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically try to offer cheaper prices than larger companies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First-- I focus on understanding the issue. Then I collect more information such as time occupied, age of the home, and usage habits before inspecting the area myself. Once service is complete I always offer to explain what happened, why it happened, and how it was fixed. Trust is important in this industry!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 years of on-the-job experience with conventional garden style, mid-rise, high-rise, and loft style apartments as well as single family homes. I am an EPA certified universal technician, and I recently earned the new (required) Dallas Manager of Pool Operations certification. I’ve taken several HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair classes through HD Supply.
