- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every appointment varies depending on the size of the Pet and the services requested. A quote can be provided upon contacting me via text message.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer i strongly stress the fact that my bussiness is small but that it works as an advantage to all my customers. It allows me to spend the quality time and energy needed on every single one of my appointments.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have optained a certificate of competence in 2015 after completing classes at S.C.R.O.C.
