Alexei George is my personal nutritionist. She is extremely knowledgeable, sweet, and efficient when responding to me short of notice. She has the ability to offer me a wide variety of options when it comes to deciciding the most realistic food choices in my busy on the go life style. She has taught me that eating right is not just a choice of what you eat but it's a lifestyle change. I am always able to contact her if I'm not sure what food options are best and her response is always timely. Alexei has given me the tools on how to read the nutrition facts on food labels and how the body processes food. For that alone I am forever grateful.
