- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to put all costs that will be charged up front including an estimate of the labor so there is no hidden fees or unsuspected charges. However, there are occasions where back charging happens due to changes or unforeseen circumstances and encounters.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to come and take a full scope of the work to be done as well as get input as to what the customer is wanting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15 years of experience but always learning.
