- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a standard pricing system, but I do my best to be flexible and tailor services to meet customers' needs and budget whenever possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At first, I try to get familiar with customers and establish a comfortable zone between us. Then I go over their requirements and work with clients to determine the best way to address their needs and creating custom packages, if required. Then I discuss the necessary details about the location, type of shoot, time, delivery and pricing. we go over the timeline and keep in touch so that we stay updated with any changes in regards to the timeline or other needs as we are always here to help and have a stress free day for our clients. We don't mind picking up your bouquet if the need be. After the shoot, best photos get shortlisted by our creative team. Once I am done with retouching the shortlisted photos, online gallery will be shared with the client. Each of my photo shoots includes an online gallery by default. Client will also have an option to print with us or get an physical album developed with us. In short, we believe in long term relationship building, and that's why each event gets our 100% undivided attention!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started taking photos for my wife's blog and soon realized that I love doing photography. I started exploring and learning more about it, and began to expand my creativity and portfolio. Now I do professional shoots across states.
