- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep my quotes as close as possible to the base rate that I charge. I base my quotes off the national average in order to stay competitive and give my customers the best price for the job they need done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Telephone or face to face conversation, conducted with a site survey.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm certified in Structured Cabling and I'm also going to school for my CCNA certification. I'm a network Engineer by trade. I have been installing and deploying low voltage systems for the past 12 years. With my extensive background in the installation and troubleshooting of Security Cameras, Smart Home Device installation, and Network Equipment I am the man for the job. I grew up on a farm right outside of Fort Bragg NC that my father and I built from the ground up. I have any and every tool needed accompanied with field expertise and formal training to get the job done right.
