FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have developed pricing models over the past fifteen years which allow us to accurately price routine installations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are a full service carpentry company specializing in problem solving and micro-contracting. We fill the gap between the handyman and the general contractor, excelling at efficiently and effectively solving problems which others might find difficult or impossible. Our general building knowledge coupled with our trim experience can help you eliminate the need for other trades on the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from the University of Connecticut in 1993 with a BS in Agronomy. Upon graduation, I served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Ecuador where I developed a deep respect and admiration for tradespeople as a whole and carpenters in particular. After returning to the US, I started as an apprentice carpenter for a homebuilder in New England.
