- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard pricing is $75/hr although many jobs can be structured into a flat rate to keep costs at a minimum for clients. The Production Rate includes: Production time for videography, editing, graphic design, color correction, audio enhancement, music selection, equipment maintenance & repair, 3rd Party Outsourcing Production Elements (i.e. voice overs, print sets, extra camera operators, specialty music beds, actors, etc.)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to have an initial meeting or phone call to get to know the client as well as getting a clear and concise understanding of the project and the goal of the project. This first conversation helps me to understand my objective clearly as well as to give the client the opportunity to ask as many questions as possible so they're comfortable with the agreement, the production process and the expectation for the overall product.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15 years of video production experience working in the Broadcast Industry. I've done everything from writing, camera operation, editing, graphics, event planning and logistics, client relations and vendor coordination. I've also won 2 Emmy Awards for Editing & Graphics.
