I have only spoke with him once and we are just getting started. I got a good first impression and am excited to start working with him. He seems very knowledgeable in coaching. I will leave another review after I get a chance to work with him more.Nov 30, 2017Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Life Coaching is not cheap; that is for sure, but I try to be reasonable. When quoting, I place myself on the mid portion of the scale. I am not low, nor am I high. I really enjoy my job, so I want my services to be affordable. In some cases where I was really interested in working with a potential client who was struggling financially, I have adjusted my fees so we could still work together. There has also been clients that I have agreed to work with pro bono. This is why I believe the inquiry call is so important. Prior to a call, I do not know very much about the potential client. All I can do is provide a quote that is both reasonable and competitive. It is during the call that I am allowed to meet the person, listen to their area of focus, and really try to meet them where they are.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to initiate contact as soon as possible. After that I may follow up with a questionaire. Once I have an idea of the clients goals we can tailor a plan that may involve coaching over the phone or in person.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I'm currently studying at Grand Canyon University towards a BA in Counseling. And I'm also undergoing certification at both (PCCI) Professional Christian Coaching Institute, and (ICF) International Coaching Federation.
