Introduction: I believe one of the most important aspects of the human experience is functional movement. My mission is to apply my knowledge and experience to provide high quality training to individuals of all fitness levels, help them reach their full potential, and meet their fitness goals. I graduated from North Carolina State University in 2015 with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Biology and a minor in Sports Science. I have worked with a variety of clients, from college athletes to pre/post-natal mothers. I have also helped clients strengthen and condition muscles in preparation for various surgeries. Your health is the most important thing you can invest your time and money into. I love having the opportunity to encourage people to make that commitment, and coaching them through the most efficient and effective way to reach their fitness goals!

Matt is an incredible trainer! He's knowledgeable and has helped me so much. My confidence levels in be gym are better and I finally am seeing results I have been looking for.

Mr. Leverette did an outstanding job from correcting multiple areas of my former, to showing me what to lift without causing injury. I was very impressed from his knowledge of the different muscle groups, and he was able to answer any questions I had about nutrition for a speedy recovery as well. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends who are committed to living a healthy, fit lifestyle.

Matt customizes exercise plans to suite each client. He takes the time to show proper form and tells you the muscles you should be engaging with each rep. He genuinely cares for your overall health as well as encourages and motivates you with each visit. He is very patient and understanding. If something is not working for you, he will listen and modify your routine as often as needed. He is a wonderful trainer!
