Again, the tasks that we perform and services we provide span across a wide range of responsibilities and jobs. Each job we are hired for is going to be different, but we ensure that any quote you are given from us will be as reasonable as possible, with the highest quality of work you can find.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?When a new customer contacts us, we first make sure that all questions they have are answered, and all information they are seeking is provided. Once they have everything they need in relevance to our company and what we can do for them, we take initiation in finding out what their needs are. Your needs are then discovered and quickly established, yet still in full detail for our complete understanding of the job. Lastly, we give you an instant quote on what you are requesting, and move forward from there to get to work and provide you with the best services you could come across.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I first started out my business in Statesboro, Georgia. After realizing the skill set I held for cleaning and organizing, I really saw the potential for taking my work and applying it to the needs of others. This is what started the journey in what has now become, 13 years later, T & C Cleaning here in Charleston, SC. I've just always had an eye for detail, and realized one day when working on a small project how well I was able to perform in this area of work, and came to the sole conclusion that I could start a cleaning service business that I knew would do so much for everyone that I was hired by. I began working from job to job, expanding my knowledge, experience, and skills for this business, and overtime grew it into what I am proudly able to call my business today. I take pride in everything I do, and could not be more grateful to have identified the skills I attained for something that so many others hold needs within, and to have taken it to such a level of success.
