- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Initial consultation and diagnostic fee is $0, followed by a $30-50 hourly rate or a negotiable price depending on circumstance. If you receive a better quote from another technician, I will offer a lower rate. I will make sure all pricing and fee concerns are addressed satisfactorily prior to the client making any commitments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost, I want all my clients to trust and feel comfortable with me. Our initial communication will be to establish a meeting time and place suitable to your preference. Next, I will make sure any concerns you have about cost, estimated time to completion, and scope of service are addressed prior to proceeding with repairs. Following completion of service, I will follow up with you within 3 days to make sure you are satisfied with the outcome.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Level 2 IT Technician with 6 years Enterprise IT Support experience and extensive training and expertise in desktop, network, and customer service support.
