- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Salt Glass Media we believe in transparency throughout the entire process. We know how annoying it can be when you find a great photographer only to see the dreaded 'Contact for Pricing' link that opens your email browser. YUCK! That is why we offer all of our services and options in easily readable PDF documents you are free to download from our website and are included with all quotes we provide. If you have any questions or custom requests you are also free to email us anytime as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Salt Glass Media we make every effort to make your time with us as simple and professional as possible. All new clients are offered a FREE NO-OBLIGATION in person consultation with one of our professionals so that we may answer any questions they may have. Once the client has accepted a quote on a service or package we will provide them with a contract and invoice for the service. A 50% deposit is required to book the date of your service and is non-refundable. This is important because we value our time as much as yours and last minute cancellations cost money. Having said that, we will make every effort to accommodate in the event an unsuspecting issue arises. Once the deposit is made you can mark us on your calendar because we are yours!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With many years in the industry under our belts, we offer our services knowing that our clients expect nothing but the best. As such, our professionals will obtain all necessary permits or licenses required for your service and are fully insured while on the job. Our drones are piloted by Federally Licensed Remote Pilots who have undergone significant training and certification to ensure not only quality work but also to provide our clients with a maximum level of safety at all times.
