Rita is awesome! We had the best experience buying our house. It was a stress-free and fun experience. Rita was available night and day to answer our questions and guide us through the steps to purchase our first home. 10/10 would recommend to anyone interested in buying a home.

As first time homebuyers, Rita shared helpful insights from her years of experience throughout the process, never making us feel less than for not knowing something. Her honest recommendations based on our needs and values at each step were helpful. She brought things to us clearly and step-by-step, so as not to be overwhelming. We loved the use of online forms, which made everything faster. Very personable and professional, it was clear she cared about advocating for us to get into the right home at the right price. She even took time to go look during weird hours and in tough weather! Rita was responsive and proactive, getting everything done very quickly. We highly recommend Rita!
