- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Plan a menu, determine what needs or wants the customer has and then execute.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked at Mccrady's and Magnolias downtown Charleston. I have also owned my own restaurant with my brother for a year and a half. I currently work at Bon Bahn Mi learning an Asian fusion with a twist. I also currently attend the art institute for culinary management.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I am a culinary student just moving away from the fine dinning world to a more personal experience.
