Buyers pay no commission or fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I am fortunate enough to guide families through the journey of buying or selling a home, I understand the magnitude of this time in their lives. That’s why I answer those late-night phone calls to answer the question that’s keeping them awake. That’s why I pay special attention to their needs, and make sure I completely understand what is most important to them. Their goals become my goals. I walk with them through the entire process advising them along the way and paying special attention to all of the details. However, I am not always speaking. I listen… Because it isn’t about me. Not even close. It’s about my clients and what I can do to make the process as smooth as possible for them. I’ve been there. I know how stressful it can be to a family that is between homes. I also know that I can make a difference. Because in my mind, they deserve nothing less. Therefore, I strive to be that difference.
