Maria catered a special event that I attended. The food was great!!! The fish was perfectly seasoned. I also had chicken wings and the sauce was truely finger licking good. The side items were good as well. The event went off without a hitch. Maria and her staff were very professional. I would highly recommend her to cater your next event.
