- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. There is standard pricing available, please reference the Packages section of the website. However, I believe every event is different and may take a personal touch so we're always willing to work with a customer to earn their business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer contacts us we first need to establish the date/time of the event, location, number of expected guests, nature/theme of the event, and any other special information. This will allow us to create an experience that is unique for you. We will send a proposal to the you and upon approval send a final service agreement with all the terms and conditions of your rental.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a career marketing and customer service enthusiast and enjoy nothing more than working with people especially in a capacity where we can bring some FUN to a persons day. We create memories and for that I wouldn't want to do anything else in the world!
